Aoife’s primary area of practice is Healthcare. Aoife is responsible for advising TUSLA (the Child and Family Agency) on all aspects of Child Law to include Child Protection, Adoption, Pre-school Regulation Compliance and Juvenile Justice. She is an experienced advocate with extensive knowledge of the Court system.
Aoife is also responsible for advising the Health Service Executive on various regulatory matters. She has a particular interest in the area of mental health law.
Prior to joining CKT, Aoife worked in a leading criminal law firm in Dublin for a number of years. In this role Aoife gained invaluable experience in respect of criminal and constitutional issues and the area of judicial review.
