Experience
Jonathan practises in CKT’s Property and Commercial & Corporate departments. He has extensive experience in all aspects of property law, with a particular focus on commercial property. As part of his role, he reviews complex titles and advises on issues including Rights of Way, Wayleaves, Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
In the area of Commercial and Corporate law, Jonathan has a strong and trusted role in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and is a key member of our commercial team.
Jonathan is currently on secondment to UCC’s legal department.
