CKT Host Employment Law Breakfast Roundtable

On Friday, the 14^th of November, CKT’s Employment Law Team hosted an Employment Law Roundtable event for invited HR professionals. This interactive session provided a unique opportunity for HR leaders to discuss current challenges and gain practical insights from our expert solicitors.

The roundtable was led by Emily Sexton, Head of CKT’s Employment Law Team and a trusted advisor to employers and HR professionals. Emily was joined by Conor White, a senior member of the team with significant advocacy experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, and Amy McNicholas, who advises employers on compliance, HR policies, and employee relations.

The team shared their extensive experience in managing employment disputes, remote & flexible working, AI in HR/recruitment, protected disclosures, caselaw updates and trends in industrial relations recommendations. HR leaders attending shared their experiences and challenges encountered in dealing with these matters in the workplace. Overall it was an interesting and insightful event and reflects CKT’s commitment to supporting employers and HR professionals with practical, expert guidance on all aspects of employment law.
