Comyn Kelleher Tobin announces continued growth as team expands

Leading Irish Law Firm, Comyn Kelleher Tobin (CKT), has announced the appointment of a new partner and two new solicitors, highlighting consistent growth, more than doubling the firm’s size in recent years across their Cork and Dublin offices.

David Ryan’s appointment to partner, and the addition of a further two solicitors to the team, Clare Daly and Julie McEvoy, highlight CKT’s dedication to increasing the expertise in their talent pool, even during these uncertain times.

David Ryan, Partner in CKT’s Real Estate Department based in Cork, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2001 and has been with the business just over 3 years. David is a leader in the field of commercial and residential property and has extensive experience of acting on behalf of financial institutions, local authorities, public bodies, corporate and private clients.

Clare Daly, Solicitor, has recently joined the Child Care team at CKT. With over 14 years’ experience in legal practice, Clare brings with her a broad and varied experience, with a particular focus on the areas of Child Protection, Data Protection, Child and Family Law and Defence Litigation. Clare frequently advises organisations on their child protection obligations and is a regular lecturer in these areas.

Julie McEvoy, Solicitor, offers to the growing Dublin office a wealth of experience in the areas of Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with vast experience in all areas of commercial dispute resolution and proceedings in the High and Commercial Court. Having qualified in 2011, Julie acts on behalf of Irish and International Insurers.

This year we have become more agile and innovative with our investment in technology, allowing us to provide outstanding service to our clients. We have successfully met the challenges resulting from the pandemic.  There’s increased demand for our services which has enabled us to make these appointments and we are committed to investing in our growing business.”
