CKT strengthens Team with appointment of three new Partners

Leading Irish Law Firm, Comyn Kelleher Tobin (CKT), has announced three Partner appointments as part of its continuous strategic expansion in key areas of growth.  Cian Duane joins the firm’s Commercial Department with Michelle Cronin and Clíona Kenny promoted to Partners within the firm’s Healthcare and Childcare practices.  

Cian Duane has become a Partner in the Commercial Department with significant experience leading commercial real estate transactions.  Cian advises a wide range of public sector and private sector clients in the areas of Commercial Property, Regulatory Compliance, Procurement and Corporate Governance.  Cian’s clients include a wide range of public sector and private sector clients including developers, investors, multinational companies and financial institutions. 

Michelle Cronin has been appointed Partner with the Healthcare and Childcare Department and is a leader in the area of child protection and child welfare.  Michelle has in depth expertise of legislative developments in child protection and welfare, juvenile justice, protective measures for vulnerable witnesses, mental health and regulatory law. 

Clíona Kenny  has  15 years’ experience in the resolution of healthcare and disability related disputes and has been appointed partner in CKT’s rapidly growing healthcare team.  Cliona has been involved with a number of landmark High Court and Supreme Court cases.  A CEDR Accredited Mediator, Clíona also practices in employment law, primarily in the healthcare sector.
