CKT were delighted to advise the shareholders of Global Life and Finance Limited, a company that provides financial planning, investment management and pension planning services, on the recent sale to SYS Group.

Founded in 2000 by Seamus Fox and headquartered in Douglas, Cork, Global Life and Finance Limited provides financial planning, investment management and pension planning services and has €100 million in assets under management. Global Life has a portfolio of more than 1,000 clients around the Country.

The CKT transaction team included Cian Duane (Corporate and Commercial), Amy McNicholas (Employment) and Kate Russell (Property).
