CKT deliver talk with the Crann Centre on Wills and the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act

On Wednesday the 21st of February the Crann Centre in collaboration with CKT held an information session for parents and adult clients about Wills and the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act.

Michelle Cronin, Partner, spoke about The Assisted Decision-Making Act and supporting people under a disability to make decisions about their personal welfare, property, and affairs.

Kate Russell, Solicitor, talked about the importance of having a will in place and the steps and processes involved in planning and managing your Estate.
