CKT deliver talk with the Crann Centre on Wills and the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act

On Wednesday the 21^st of February the Crann Centre in collaboration with CKT held an information session for parents and adult clients about Wills and the Assisted Decision-Making Capacity Act.

Michelle Cronin, Partner, spoke about The Assisted Decision-Making Act and supporting people under a disability to make decisions about their personal welfare, property, and affairs.

Kate Russell, Solicitor, talked about the importance of having a will in place and the steps and processes involved in planning and managing your Estate.
