Experience

Kevin practices predominantly in the firm’s Litigation department, where he acts on behalf of insurance companies and State agencies in the defence of claims.

Kevin has experience across a wide variety of areas of litigation and has appeared before the Courts at all levels. Kevin has also advised private clients in relation to the institution of civil proceedings, defence of criminal charges in the District Court, law matters and wills and probate.

Kevin trained with CKT in both our Cork and Dublin offices, where he gained experience across all departments of the firm, including litigation, wardship, wills and probate, and property.
