CKT deliver Courtroom Skills Training course for Managers working within HSE Cork Kerry Community Healthcare

On the 15^th February 2024, CKT’s Healthcare team delivered a Courtroom Skills Training course for Managers working within HSE Cork Kerry Community Healthcare.   The informative training covered a wide range of topics including report writing and giving evidence, legislative developments and recent jurisprudence affecting Health and Social Care teams.  The session culminated in a mock trial where the attendees were able to see how a real cross examination could play out and how best to manage a vigorous cross examination.
