CKT Participates in Carepack.ie to Support Care Home Residents

This December, as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, CKT were delighted to once again take part in Carepack.ie’s Christmas campaign, which is a project that brings festive cheer to residents in care homes across Ireland.

The idea behind Carepack.ie is to create thoughtful care packages filled with treats, essentials, and personal touches for those who may feel isolated during the holiday season. The campaign has quickly become a goodwill movement that first swept the country during the covid pandemic and resulted in 13,000 residents in nursing homes receiving gifts. It has grown significantly since then and last year more than 26,000 residents received a carepack.

We first participated in Carepack.ie’s project last year, and the positive feedback from care homes inspired us to continue the tradition. It’s a small gesture that can make a big impact, and we’re proud to play our part in spreading joy during the Christmas season.
