Medical negligence – preparing for medical litigation, mediation and dispute resolution in medical cases

Eamon Harrington will attend as a guest speaker at the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association seminar on 3rd November 2015 – Medical negligence – preparing for medical litigation, mediation and dispute resolution in medical cases. 

Other speakers included Dr. Rhona Mahony, the current Master/CEO of the National Maternity Hospital (NMH) in Dublin, Eugene Gleeson SC and John Byrne Consultant Actuary.

Eamon’s paper will focus on mediation of medical negligence actions.
