Experience

Kevin is a Solicitor in CKT’s Employment and Commercial Departments. He advises public and private sector clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment law issues arising from internal investigations and processes, unfair dismissal claims and redundancies.

He also advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including company sales and acquisitions, asset purchases, commercial contracts and shareholders’ agreements.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2026 and holds a BCL (Law and French) from University College Cork and an LL.M. in International and European Intellectual Property Law from Trinity College Dublin.
