Data Storage and Retention

Our physical files are stored in our offices or in our off site archives.  Electronic files are stored on our secure servers. 

We hold your information only for as long as it is required. Unless otherwise required under law, we store your data for as long as we provide services to you and for a period of no less than six years beginning on the date we archive your file.
