David Ryan Partner
David is a Partner in the Property and Real Estate department at CKT. He advises a varied client base including State bodies, Local Authorities, corporate clients, SMEs and private individuals in the areas of Commercial Property, Renewable Energy Projects, Banking & Finance, Residential Property, Wills and Estates.
David advises on all forms of commercial property transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial sales and acquisitions, leases and renewable energy projects.
His years of experience acting for two national Banks in the area of secured commercial lending gives him invaluable insight in advising and negotiating on behalf of clients in restructuring and renewing loan facilities.
David qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and has worked in established legal firms in Dublin, Limerick and West Cork before joining CKT in 2017.
