Denise Kirwan, Partner in Child and Family Law at Comyn Kelleher Tobin solicitors, was delighted to attend as guest speaker at a joint forum of An Garda Síochána and Tusla in Cork last week for discussion and training on the Children First joint working protocol.

The dedication and commitment of both state agencies to the future of child protection in Cork City and County was evident from the high turnout of high-ranking member of An Garda Síochána and Tusla management. As a specialist in childcare law Denise has a special interest in training those working in child protection.
