Katharine qualified as a solicitor in 1989 having graduated from UCC with a BCL, LLB and LLM. Since then she has established a reputable Family Law Department within the firm. Katharine specializes in all areas of family law dealing principally in the areas of Judicial Separation, Divorce, Custody and Access, Maintenance, Pensions, Nullity and Pre-Nuptial Agreements, from District to High Court. She is also trained in Collaborative Practice and a member of the Association of Collaborative Practitioners. Katharine also regularly advises Healthcare clients including the Health Services Executive on all aspects of their business to include care applications, Wardship, Adoption, Judicial Review, Detention Orders and Child Abduction.
