Diarmuid Cunningham, Partner
Diarmuid is a graduate of UCC (1989) and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He joined the firm in 1996 and became a Partner in 2000. Diarmuid specializes in Commercial and Private Litigation and Employment law. He has provided expert advice to state bodies for in excess of twelve years, particularly on constitutional and mental health developments. Diarmuid also provides ongoing advice to clients on matters of child care, food hygiene compliance and nursing home legislation.

He has extensive experience in all legal and judicial forums, contentious and non-contentious, from the Labour Court to the Supreme Court.
