Diarmuid Cunningham, Partner
Diarmuid is a graduate of UCC (1989) and qualified as a Solicitor in 1993. He joined the firm in 1996 and became a Partner in 2000. Diarmuid specialises in Commercial and Private Litigation and Employment law. He is an acknowledged expert in defence litigation having practised on behalf of Irish and International Insurers since 1993. He is a renowned healthcare lawyer practising in this field for in excess of 18 years. He is also a CEDR-accredited mediator, and is experienced in resolving problematic issues outside of a court setting. He has provided expert advice to state bodies for almost 20 years, particularly in relation to judicial review, constitutional and mental health developments. Diarmuid also provides ongoing advice to clients on matters of Childcare, food hygiene regulation compliance.

He has extensive experience in all legal and judicial fora, both contentious and non-contentious, from the Labour Court to the Supreme Court.
