Conor Lupton, Partner
Conor graduated from UCC with a BCL degree in 1994 and thereafter completed a LLM (commercial law) in UCD. Since qualification in 1998 Conor has worked in the commercial departments of two Dublin firms, dealing with general corporate and commercial legal matters along with acting for banks in relation to acquisition finance and providing general regulatory advice. He worked as a partner in an IFSC based Dublin commercial firm prior to returning to Cork.

Conor practises in the area of corporate and commercial law, advising on mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law and company restructuring and reorganisations, a wide range of commercial documents and also in the area of banking law. He is a regular contributor to journals and newspapers on business and banking law related matters.
