Aoife McCann, Solicitor
Aoife graduated from UCC with a BCL degree in 1999 and a Higher Diploma in the European Convention of Human Rights in 2002. Aoife spent five years working predominantly in criminal defence litigation in Dublin and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. Aoife joined CKT in October 2006 and specializes in criminal law appearing in all courts from the District to the High Court. Aoife also practices in the firm’s childcare department and is responsible for advising the Health Service Executive on all areas of childcare law, juvenille justice matters and wardship.
