Experience
David joined CKT in 2016 and is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. He is based in our Dublin Office where he advises State Bodies operating in the healthcare sector. David has specialised in High Court litigation since he qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and he has particular experience in public and administrative law, judicial review and habeas corpus.
David has a special interest in Mental Health Law having previously been Director of Mental Health Tribunals and Legal Affairs in the Mental Health Commission.
