Experience
Karen joined CKT in 1996 and practises in our Family and Child Law Department. Karen’s Family Law practice focuses on Divorce, Judicial Separation, Civil Partnership, Nullity, Surrogacy, Custody and Access disputes, Maintenance and Domestic Violence disputes in contentious and non-contentious matters.
In the Child Law area, she represents State clients primarily in proceedings pertaining to the Child Care Act appearing on a daily basis at District and Circuit Court levels.
